Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Towers Financing, we value honesty, clarity, and fair service. Therefore, we explain our refund terms in simple language so you always know what to expect. Because we provide financial services instead of physical products, our refund process differs from traditional stores.
Our Services
We provide financing support, application reviews, and funding assistance. As a result, we charge service and processing fees to cover administrative work. Once we start working on your request, these costs apply immediately.
Application & Processing Fees
When you pay an application or processing fee, we begin reviewing your request right away.
- If you cancel before we start processing, you can request a full refund
- However, once we begin reviewing your application, we cannot refund the fee
- Additionally, you must submit refund requests within 24 hours of payment
Approved Financing
After we approve your financing and release the funds, we complete the service in full. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once disbursement occurs.
However, you may repay your financing early if you wish. Please review your agreement for early repayment terms and conditions.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you notice a duplicate charge or a billing error, contact us immediately. We will review the issue quickly and correct any mistakes. When necessary, we will issue a refund without delay.
To ensure faster support, report payment problems within 7 days of the transaction.
Cancellations
You may cancel your request at any time. However, refund eligibility depends on timing:
- Before processing begins → Full refund available
- After processing begins → Fees may not qualify for refund
Because processing starts quickly, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a billing issue, email us directly:

- Reason for the request
Once we receive your message, we will review it and respond within 1–2 business days.
Refund Processing Time
After we approve your refund, we send the payment back through your original method. Typically, banks process refunds within 5–10 business days. However, timing may vary depending on your provider.
